Build your answer around one idea

Give a direct answer first. Add a brief reason and an example from your own experience. This structure can help you plan what to say; you do not need to repeat the same phrases in every answer.

Develop one example

Choose one experience instead of listing several. Where did it happen, what did you do, and why do you remember it? These questions add natural detail to your answer.

Avoid memorising complete scripts

Long memorised passages may take you away from what the question asks. Prepare useful groups of words and expressions instead, and use them to create your own responses to different questions.

Choose one priority from your recording

Listen separately for the flow of ideas, word choice and clarity. Aim to improve just one in your next attempt. Your practice recording is not a score prediction.

Check your direction with official examples

Use the exam provider’s current resources to check tasks and assessment explanations. Confirm test types and application requirements directly before registering.
