Making a study routine measurable
Replace a broad intention such as “I will study English” with a specific action: a short text to read, a few expressions to use or one topic to describe.

Set three tasks for a week: summarise a paragraph, use a new phrase in sentences and describe an everyday topic aloud.

Each task should produce something: a summary, sentences or a short recording. Reconsider the scope of an unfinished task rather than automatically treating it as failure.
